We are also transparent about shipping costs. Because we use a cost-based shipping rate, you’ll never be surprised at checkout. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and take great care in packaging each order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All of our health, wellness, fitness, and everyday consumer products are shipped from the USA. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays, and we aim to ship out your order within 1 business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, and exclude postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During major promotions, new product launches, and holiday seasons, it may still take the full business day to ship your order due to high demand.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COST

You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout:

Economy: 4–8 business days — $9.99 + $4 per additional item

Standard: 3–5 business days — $12.99 + $5 per additional item

Express: 2–3 business days — $17.99 + $6 per additional item

Please note: We currently do not ship to US Military bases. We apologize for the inconvenience.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 1–3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If no tracking information appears initially, it simply means the package hasn’t been processed by the carrier yet. Once it is scanned in, tracking updates will appear.

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is marked “unclaimed,” “return to sender,” or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we’ll notify you by email.

Once we receive the returned package, we’ll process a refund for the subtotal of your order. Refunds will not be issued until the parcel arrives at our facility.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. If you ask the carrier to reroute your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

During large promotions, returned or refused packages will be refunded minus the original shipping and handling charges.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If the carrier declares your package lost, we’ll gladly reship your order or issue a refund.

If an item is missing from your package, it may have shipped separately. Please contact us at sebastian.paidads@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.

In some cases, packages may be marked as “delivered” before they actually arrive. If that happens, please reach out to us at sebastian.paidads@gmail.com so we can look into it for you.
