Processing

Orders placed before our cut-off are dispatched from our US facility within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the shipping label is created.

Delivery Times

United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 5–12 business days after dispatch

High-Demand Notice

During periods of exceptionally high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. During high-volume periods, US delivery may occasionally take 6–9 business days after dispatch.

We’ll always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible and keep your tracking information updated throughout the journey.

If your order experiences an unusually long delay, we may include a complimentary surprise gift as a thank-you for your patience.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Any optional priority or insured shipping option will be clearly shown with its price at checkout before payment.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes determined by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong Address or Undelivered Parcels

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund where applicable.
